FLOW SENSOR GS300
DP-K-011-000020DESCRIPTION
The flow sensor GS300 monitors the lubricant flow from a metering point to the lubrication point, whereby the metering element only meters a small amount of lubricant for a short time.
Technical Data
Measuring principle
calorimetric / thermal
Dosing quantities
from 0.01 to 0.6 ccm³/pulse
Clock frequency
max. 4 pulses/min
Lubricant
oil (10 to 2000 mm²/s) and fluid grease of the NLGI classes 000, 00
Operating pressure
max. 40 bar
Operating temperature
+10° C to +50° C
Type of installation
directly in front of the lubrication point
Vibration resistance
20 g (DIN/IEC 68-2-27, 10–2000 Hz)
Shock resistance

After switching on, the sensor requires a warm-up phase of approx. 30 seconds.
If lubricants with aggressive and/or abrasive additives are used, the sensor function may be impaired, and the sensor may be damaged.
